Nylon is used for the flights when the temperature of material conveyed is 80°C, it is with advantages of high mechanical strength, good toughness, outstanding fatigue resistance, heat resistance (with long-term work under 150°C), the surface is smooth and low coefficient of friction, wear and corrosion resistance, non-toxic, odorless, weather resistance, inert to biological erosion, and with good ability of anti-bacterial and anti-mold. 4.Performance of the conveyor:This series of conveyor is nice in shape and with huge conveying capacity, good sealing and long service life, low energy consumption, low noise and low material crushing. 5.Installation and Maintenance:The conveyor structure is simple and easy to be installed, the process layout is flexible, can be fed and discharged at many points, it is with quickly opening doors and inspection doors. 6.Protector:The conveyor is with speed sensor at the tension end and blocking sensor at the driving end. 7.Application:This series of conveyor is widely used for long-distance conveying, handling various kinds of granular or flake materials of the grain terminal, silos, grain and oil processing industry, the installation angle is 15° -90° .
